I thought this was just how life had to be to have any sense of control. It was an exhausting balance of striving, surviving, and pushing forward.
But everything began to shift when I discovered energy healing.
Through the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code, I started releasing deep-rooted imbalances that had been contributing to my anxiety and overall stressed way of living. These weren’t just physical or emotional symptoms—they were energetic blocks that kept me stuck in a cycle of effort and pressure.
As these layers began to release, I noticed that I felt lighter. Not just emotionally, but mentally and physically. It was as if I had been carrying invisible weights I didn’t even realize were there.
My mindset began to shift. I went from “white-knuckling” my days to moving through life with more ease and grace. The constant inner pressure eased. From Cleaning Homes to Clearing Energy: My Journey into Healing
If you had told me twenty years ago that one day I’d be helping people release trapped emotions and rebalance their energy to support healing, I probably would have smiled politely—and gone back to scrubbing a kitchen floor.
But looking back now, it all makes perfect sense.
I started my housecleaning business while I was still in college, earning a degree in elementary education with a minor in psychology. It was a way to support myself through school—and I quickly found I loved it. Not just the cleaning itself, but the feeling of truly helping someone. I loved knowing that when I left a client’s home, I had taken something off their plate. I had given them peace, order, a breath of relief.
I still have clients from those early days—23 years later!
But over time, my interest in health, wellness, and deeper healing kept growing—and I found myself wanting to help people in a more meaningful, lasting way. I’ve always been drawn to wellness. I’m that person who loves reading about nutrition, experimenting with workouts, training for half-marathons, and finding the next way to feel stronger, clearer, and more aligned. I knew there was more to health than just eating right or exercising—it was also emotional and energetic.
That curiosity eventually led me to Dr. Bradley Nelson’s work with the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code. When you book, you’ll fill out a brief intake form, providing the phone number where I’ll call you for your session. Sessions are 45 minutes long, and all you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax.
How to Prepare for Your Session
There’s nothing special you need to do before your session, but here are a few simple ways to get the most out of it:
Stay Hydrated – Energy moves more freely when you’re well-hydrated.
Keep an Open Mind – Be ready to release what no longer serves you.
Find a Comfortable Spot – You can sit or lie down during your session, whichever feels best for you.
What Happens During a Session?
During the session, I connect with your subconscious mind to identify and release trapped emotions, energetic imbalances, and blockages that may be holding you back. Here’s how the process works:
Muscle Testing – I ask your subconscious yes-or-no questions and use muscle testing to receive responses. A strong response signals "yes," while a weak response signals "no."
Identifying Imbalances – I discover trapped emotions, offensive energies (such as curses or entities), cords with other people, memories stuck in the memory field, and negative belief statements. Other imbalances may include:
Misaligned organs, glands, bones, and chakras
Imbalanced body rhythms (such as diurnal cycles and circadian rhythms)
Releasing the Imbalance – Once I locate an imbalance, I identify any associated issues and clear them. Using a magnet, I swipe it over my governing meridian three times to cancel out the energetic frequency. The governing meridian runs from the tailbone, up the spine, over the head, and down to the upper lip.
Taking Notes – Throughout the session, I document everything and email you the notes afterward for reference.
This is NOT Mind Reading
One important thing to know about this work is that it is not mind reading. I do not read minds or access private thoughts. The great thing about this process is that it is very private—you do not need to discuss past situations or traumas in order to experience healing. Your subconscious simply provides the information needed to release what is holding you back.
