I

Hi! My name is Emily Swanda. I am a busy wife, and the mom of two teenage sons. We also have the most precious dog, Duncan.

I am a runner and enjoy all forms of exercising, especially Barre and Pilates. If I'm not involved in a family activity or working out, I'm probably reading....historical fiction, mystery, thrillers, or self-development are my favorites.

I am passionate about helping people feel happier and healthier in mind, body, and spirit. The Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code are such amazing modalities to do just that and I'm so thankful I discovered Dr. Brad's work.
