What to Expect When Booking and Experiencing an Energy Healing Session

Booking Your Session

If you’re ready to release emotional baggage and clear negative stuck energy, booking a session is easy! You can schedule your appointment through my online scheduling link: empoweredhealthandhealing.as.me/newclientsession.

When you book, you’ll fill out a brief intake form, providing the phone number where I’ll call you for your session. Sessions are 45 minutes long, and all you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax.

How to Prepare for Your Session

There’s nothing special you need to do before your session, but here are a few simple ways to get the most out of it:

  • Stay Hydrated – Energy moves more freely when you’re well-hydrated.

  • Keep an Open Mind – Be ready to release what no longer serves you.

  • Find a Comfortable Spot – You can sit or lie down during your session, whichever feels best for you.

What Happens During a Session?

During the session, I connect with your subconscious mind to identify and release trapped emotions, energetic imbalances, and blockages that may be holding you back. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Muscle Testing – I ask your subconscious yes-or-no questions and use muscle testing to receive responses. A strong response signals "yes," while a weak response signals "no."

  2. Identifying Imbalances – I discover trapped emotions, offensive energies (such as curses or entities), cords with other people, memories stuck in the memory field, and negative belief statements. Other imbalances may include:

    • Misaligned organs, glands, bones, and chakras

    • Imbalanced body rhythms (such as diurnal cycles and circadian rhythms)

  3. Releasing the Imbalance – Once I locate an imbalance, I identify any associated issues and clear them. Using a magnet, I swipe it over my governing meridian three times to cancel out the energetic frequency. The governing meridian runs from the tailbone, up the spine, over the head, and down to the upper lip.

  4. Taking Notes – Throughout the session, I document everything and email you the notes afterward for reference.

This is NOT Mind Reading

One important thing to know about this work is that it is not mind reading. I do not read minds or access private thoughts. The great thing about this process is that it is very private—you do not need to discuss past situations or traumas in order to experience healing. Your subconscious simply provides the information needed to release what is holding you back.

What to Expect After Your Session

After your session, you may experience some processing symptoms as your energy rebalances. These can include:

  • Temporary Emotional Shifts – Feelings of sadness, anxiety, or emotional sensitivity

  • Physical Sensations – Fatigue, body aches, or changes in sleep patterns

  • Increased Hydration Needs – Many people feel thirstier as energy shifts

These effects usually last 24-48 hours and are a sign that your body is adjusting to the new energetic state. Many clients report feeling lighter, uplifted, and more at peace after their session.

How Many Sessions Will You Need?

The number of sessions needed varies for each individual, but here’s a general guideline:

  • Many clients benefit from 3 sessions, spaced a week apart.

  • Some prefer a monthly session to maintain progress.

  • Twice a week is the maximum I recommend.

  • Some experience major shifts in just one session, while others may need 3-5 sessions.
