  • Unworthiness – Believing deep down that you don’t deserve love.

  • Resentment – Holding onto pain from past partners or family dynamics.

During an Emotion Code session, we use muscle testing to identify trapped emotions and release them.  For example, a woman struggling to find a meaningful relationship discovered she had a trapped emotion of heartache from a painful divorce years ago. After clearing it, she felt lighter, more open, and was confident enough to start dating again. 

Balancing the Body’s Energy for Love (Body Code)

Our bodies hold energy patterns that can either support or block love. The Body Code helps identify and correct imbalances that interfere with a healthy emotional state and relationships. Some main imbalances that may affect your ability to attract love include:

  • Heart-Wall: A protective energetic shield formed around the heart due to emotional pain, making it hard to connect deeply with others.

  • Chakra Imbalances: A blocked heart chakra can prevent you from giving or receiving love freely.

  • Energetic Disconnections: Past trauma can create subconscious resistance to love, even when we consciously desire it.

By clearing these imbalances, we restore harmony in the body's energy field, making it easier to attract and maintain loving relationships. Shifting Limiting Beliefs About Love (Belief Code)

Our subconscious beliefs shape our reality, and many of us unknowingly hold beliefs that block love. These beliefs often stem from childhood or past relationships. Some common limiting beliefs include:

  • “I’m not worthy of love.”

  • “Love always leads to pain.”

  • “I have to be perfect to be loved.”

  • “All relationships end in heartbreak.”

The Belief Code helps identify these limiting beliefs and rewire the subconscious mind for new, empowering ones. For example, if someone has a deep-seated belief that “love is dangerous” because they witnessed their parents' unhealthy marriage, they will struggle to put themselves out there to find their own relationship. Clearing this belief and replacing it with “love is safe and nurturing,” would allow them to feel more confident in dating and able to  attract a loving relationship.

A remote 45-minute session includes a combination of the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code to create a comprehensive healing experience. During the session, we will:

What to Expect When Booking and Experiencing an Energy Healing Session

Booking Your Session

If you’re ready to release emotional baggage and clear negative stuck energy, booking a session is easy! You can schedule your appointment through my online scheduling link: empoweredhealthandhealing.as.me/newclientsession.

When you book, you’ll fill out a brief intake form, providing the phone number where I’ll call you for your session. Sessions are 45 minutes long, and all you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax.

How to Prepare for Your Session

There’s nothing special you need to do before your session, but here are a few simple ways to get the most out of it:

  • Stay Hydrated – Energy moves more freely when you’re well-hydrated.

  • Keep an Open Mind – Be ready to release what no longer serves you.

  • Find a Comfortable Spot – You can sit or lie down during your session, whichever feels best for you.

What Happens During a Session?

During the session, I connect with your subconscious mind to identify and release trapped emotions, energetic imbalances, and blockages that may be holding you back. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Muscle Testing – I ask your subconscious yes-or-no questions and use muscle testing to receive responses. A strong response signals "yes," while a weak response signals "no."

  2. Identifying Imbalances – I discover trapped emotions, offensive energies (such as curses or entities), cords with other people, memories stuck in the memory field, and negative belief statements. Other imbalances may include:

    • Misaligned organs, glands, bones, and chakras

    • Imbalanced body rhythms (such as diurnal cycles and circadian rhythms)

  3. Releasing the Imbalance – Once I locate an imbalance, I identify any associated issues and clear them. Using a magnet, I swipe it over my governing meridian three times to cancel out the energetic frequency. The governing meridian runs from the tailbone, up the spine, over the head, and down to the upper lip.

  4. Taking Notes – Throughout the session, I document everything and email you the notes afterward for reference.

This is NOT Mind Reading

One important thing to know about this work is that it is not mind reading. I do not read minds or access private thoughts. The great thing about this process is that it is very private—you do not need to discuss past situations or traumas in order to experience healing. Your subconscious simply provides the information needed to release what is holding you back.

How Many Sessions Will You Need?

The number of sessions needed varies for each individual, but here’s a general guideline:

  • Many clients benefit from 3 sessions, spaced a week apart.

  • Some prefer a monthly session to maintain progress.

  • Twice a week is the maximum I recommend.

  • Some experience major shifts in just one session, while others may need 3-5 sessions.
