How Energy Healing Can Help You on Your “Law of Attraction” Journey

I stumbled upon the concept of Law of Attraction about four years ago and the concept really clicked for me.  I have always been a very goal-oriented person and I loved knowing that I could have so much control in setting and achieving goals.  It was a relief to know that achieving my goals didn’t boil down to being lucky or working super hard.

I started saying affirmations, visualizing, and doing “all the right things,” but many of my manifestations didn’t seem to be coming through. I even started to doubt whether the Law of Attraction could work for me.

What I found was that it was working, but it was responding to my energy (which had become negative), and not the positive words of my affirmations.   I was feeling stressed, impatient and irritated that my goals weren’t being accomplished as quickly as I wanted them to.  That negative energy lowered my overall vibration, which then prevented my goals from manifesting. 

Luckily, it was at this time when I discovered the Emotion Code, created by Dr. Bradley Nelson.  Just in case you’re not familiar with the Law of Attraction, let’s talk about what that is before we move on to how energy healing can help you reach your goals.

Your Vibration is Everything

At its core, the Law of Attraction is based on vibration. The energy you hold—your emotions, beliefs, and subconscious programming—acts like a magnet. You attract experiences that match your energetic frequency.

When you’re feeling peaceful, grateful, and loving, you naturally draw in situations and people that reflect that same frequency. But when you’re carrying  fear, anger, grief, shame and unworthiness, those trapped energies create “static” that blocks your signal. Even though you’re working to achieve positive goals, subconsciously you’re still tuned to a lower vibration.

How Trapped Emotions Lower Your Frequency

Every negative emotion you’ve ever felt carries its own energetic vibration. When these emotions become trapped in your body, they remain long after the original event has passed. These trapped energies can influence your mood, your thoughts, your behaviors, and even your physical health.

  • A trapped emotion of failure might cause you to sabotage opportunities and prevent success.

  • A trapped emotion of grief could keep your heart closed to love and keep others from forming close relationships with you.
